DO NOT STAY HERE!! Worse place ever!! The lady working the front desk has no people skills and is rude and can careless about customers! Her phone was more important. My husband woke up to bed bugs and he went to her and she goes "what do you want me to do about it?" Hmm take care of it. He asked if she wanted to see them and her response "no I want to go to bed!"

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. About an hour after checking in, my daughter and her boyfriend stopped by. The lady who checked us in had the nerve to follow them into my room and accuse me of not paying for everyone staying. She then told me they had to be out by 8:00. Apparently, there are "visiting hours" on the back of a card I filled out with my information. It also said that I can't consume alcohol off the premises. Seriously? Did I check in to a college dorm or jail?

We are a family of 4 that has been staying here for about 4 months now. This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in!!! The owner 'Pete' is all I know which is from India and clearly does not know how to run a hotel. Very rude to guest, doesn't want to give supplies. Ice machine has been down for 2 weeks now, hasn't even tried to fix it! We need a clean bedspread today and the maid said he won't do that. This is the 3rd person he has had working for him since we have been here. I would NOT recommend this place to dogs! Worst ever!!! We will find out later how he's going to deal with me and that bedspread, we haven't even got clean bedspreads since we have been here. What a DUMP! Also, wi-fi doesn't work and he knows it and refuses to do anything about it. All he wants is the money and could care less about the guests. Looks like I have to give it at least a star to save this and this place deserves NO stars!!!
