Columbia Gas of Massachusetts

I just moved in to my apartment, i have been here three days, with my three year old and I still have no hot water. When i called they were very rude, and told me that someone would be here today between 12pm and 5pm. It is now 6:30pm. Mind you, i called Wedensday to have my gas turned on. Its Monday. They close at 5pm and so there is no one for me to talk to. I am beyond frustrated, and dreading the fact that i may have to take a cold shower again today. They could have at least called. If i wasn't in an apartment i would definitely reconsider who to use for a gas company. They are inconsiderate, and have no respect for peoples time!!!!!!!! Very disapponted. Zero star rating.
