EXTREMELY Unprofessional. When you call they don't even say the company name. They say "Hello" like they're at home. Every time I call I have to ask if it is the company. I have been lied to by them multiple times. They cover for their drivers who blow off work and decide not to let anyone know so my kid waits for hours, yes hours, for her ride to school. They say a driver will be there in 15 minutes, they are on the way, but they don't show for and hour or two. Then when you call back to see what the heck is up, they don't answer (caller ID).And the driver shows up very inconsistently daily. They show up anywhere from 7:35 to 8:15, so we never know when to be ready. Then they beep, and if she is not out in 1 minute they get impatient and beep like mad. WTH!!!I am working with the school department to get a different company. They said they have had nothing but complaints about the company so I am not alone.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. STAY CLEAR if you want professionalism.
