I took my car in to have the fuel system flushed on Monday Mar 9th. After that was complete and we had left the Dino Lube we noticed that our AC/heater controller was not powering on. I took it in the next day right after work so they could take a look. I figured it was just a fuse or something had blown but wanted them to make sure they had not pulled a cable or something simple like that. As soon as I pulled up the guy who did the work came out and met us and I let him know what was going on. His immediate response was to call me dude and tell me I could not blame that on him and that nothing he did would have caused that. He said the car had other problems anyway so that meant he did nothing wrong. I let him know that it was working when he pulled it in the garage the day before and I would like him to take a look and make sure nothing he had done caused an issue. He had me pull the car in the garage and popped the hood. Almost immediately he got a phone call from an unidentified person and they started talking about our car. He told the person I "claimed" it was working when I brought it in the day before. The other person said something and the tech said "yeah right I know. Of course huh". Anyone with half a brain would know they were calling me a liar. I did not say anything to him at that time, I was just going to let it go. I again stated I thought it was just something minor like a fuse or something. He said he was going to check all the fuses as there was no guide for them in the car. He pulled them out one by one to take a look. When he was done he said none were burnt out but he could say 100% nothing he did caused the issue even though I "claimed" it was working when I brought it in. That was the second time he called me a liar to my face and that was enough. I told him I would most likely have to take it to a shop and have them look at it but if they said it was something he had done they would be paying for it. His response was "well you were going to have to take it to a shop anyway". At that point I told him that as good a job as they did the day before he had ruined all of that by calling me a liar twice on this day. I let him know that is a stupid thing to say to a customer. At that point I walked over to close the hood and he went to open up the garage door and there is a plastic piece on my car needing to be replaced. When he saw that he said "Did I break that too?". He walked outside the shop and as I was driving out he then yelled at me in the car that I needed to grow up. I will never take a car to any Dino Lube again. I will also put this story on every complaint website or listing on the internet. I will tell everyone I know and even people I don't know about this. I had spent over $100 there in a 3 day time frame and that will be the last dime I spend there.
