Cypress Automart is a terrific place to get a well-maintained, well-priced used car. They partner with Audy Mobil next door and they are very particular about the cars they buy and sell. Above all, they care about their customers, booth those who bring them cars to sell and those who buy cars from them. George is wonderful. The whole operation is built on trust and professionalism. A gem in the neighborhood!

in December of 2006 I bought a 2005 Blue Honda Accord LX with just shy of 5K miles on it. Well it's about 6+ years and 175K miles later and it's still going strong. There has been a few minor things come up but overall this vehicle has been super reliable. Also, when I came to buy the car back in 06 the salesperson was fantastic and superfriendly as well. He made sure I was able to leave with the car that day and even split his lunch with me just because I was there for awhile. My overall point I guess I am trying to say is that the overall experience made a lasting impression and when it does come time to search for my replacement car, Cypress will be my first place to look! Thanks again.

We purchased a Honda Civic in December 2010. We were very pleased with both the quality of the Honda and its good price combined with the trade-in of my husband's Nissan Altima. My husband was very impressed with George, the sales manager, who was very friendly, does not pressure, and works to build strong relationships with both his customers and the community. A few days later we had trouble starting the Civic - probably due to cold weather. When my husband called George, he promptly offered to replace the battery. Ever since then, the car has had absolutely no problems. This story is a great testament to the integrity of George at Cypress Automart.

my car nearly killed me

I purchased a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo in March 2006 for $8000-9000.

Within months, the chassis started exhibiting excesive rust. Was told by Audy Mobil mechanics that rust was "normal".



Audy Mobil continued to service the car for 3 years before the frame broke (had the break occurred on the highway, I would have been killed). My repeated inquiries about the degree of rust were casually dismissed by Audy's mechanics.



I believe this was an intentional cover-up. This customer of 22+ years will NEVER return to either Cypress Auto Mart OR Audy Mobil nor will I recommend their service to anyone.

We appreciate this customer review. Rust in the 2001 Isuzu Rodeo (and Honda Passport) frames turned out to be a defect from the manufacturer. If you Google: 2001 Isuzu Rodeo rust, you will get more than 14,000 results. Not knowing about this defect prior to this incident, we serviced this customers Rodeo and welded the rear frame at no charge. We ended up losing on this sale but the safety of our customers was and always has been our top priority. When we discovered that the frame was un-repairable, we bought the car back from this customer and disposed of it.
