We are a Physical Therapist owned private practice since 2009. I, Ian Feldman, am a licensed physical therapist with a master degree since 2003. What differentiates me from any other therapist is my unique understanding of their illness through my personal physical illness. My story begins as an 11 year old diagnosed with legg-calve-perthes disease. A condition where blood supply is interrupted to the ball part (femoral head) of the hip joint. After many stressful visits to array of specialists I had surgery called a femoral osteotomy to correct the deformity of my hip. After which I endured intensive physical therapy. Many years later early onset osteoarthritis developed creating chronic pain and dysfunction. I managed through my own treatments and knowledge of physical therapy up until January 21st, 2016. On this date, at the age of 37, I had a total hip replacement. Again, through physical therapy, I was able to return to work and live an active lifestyle.
