If this site allowed me to give this company 0 star I would have. By far the worse company I ever worked for in my life. I am so happy I quit. Pays minimum wage and thinks what it is giving you. Not managed right at all. Especially that fat sloppy guy in the office that hires people. He is a very rude nasty individual. Thinks he knows everything but knows nothing. Stay far away from this company at all cost.

This company will have you over worked & under paid. if some one calls out while your working and you call scot He will not find you relief. You will work a double or triple shift & if they catch you sleeping they will fire you. You only get paid mim wage.even as a supervisor your pay is very low. The boss Scot is a racist. He will use the n word. He calls females the b word he is very very disrespectful. He wants you to be scared of him. The sites you work at are dirty a lot of them are in very bad neighborhoods. At this job everybody's your boss even the residents at the building you work in can get you fired. The only con about this job is you get to sit down but after sitting for 16 hours you will want to stand.

horrible security company, the guards are very rude and disrespectful always late & out of uniform. the staff at bay ridge security is very unprofessional
