Errol Auto Repair

I'm going to have to agree with most of what BM had to say here. My overwhelming experience after my initial meeting with Errol has been extremely stressful. I know one of his new mechanics and he's top notch which is the reason I went to his establishment. I don't he'll last very long there cause he's got integrity. When I got to Errols shop I was told only Errol gives estimates. I waited over two hours for him and could not wait any longer so I went back the following week. This time he was available. He was attentive when I explained that I needed him to put the car on the lift and check it out for problems such as the brakes, leaks, alignment, fluids and anything out of the ordinary as well as the body work that was necessary. He said he would provide me with an estimate that afternoon so he could start work asap on what I could afford. No call. I called the next day. His employee said he wasn't there and he would give him the message. Again, no call. I called the next day. Same deal. Now it's Sunday. He held onto my ride for FIVE days. At the end of it all, you guessed it, no estimate. I felt the fool, angry and now stuck. It messed up my week and my weekend. Please don't waste your time. There are other mechanics. Plenty of them. Don't bother with this one unless you have a personal in with him or the job is super simple. My car's not fixed after almost three weeks of trying to go to him! SMH. Sometimes trying to support a"mom and pops" is not worth it.
