Tanger Factory Outlet Center

Went to the Tanger Mall for t hr email first time on Monday September. 26. I found everything I went for and more. I the stores are very well grouped and easy to get to. Service was Great.

this is a very nice mall. very clean and very friendly staff. more food/beverage services would be very helpful.

Love this mall! Close to home, a great sales associates, Love the friendly atmosphere and most of all the stores!

The actual outlet mall setting, with flowers, places to sit outside, etc., is lovely. Very clean and nice to walk around. The stores are okay. I wish there was a Bath & Body Outlet, Harry & David, a book store, Hanes or Jockey, and places to eat. I can walk through it in 20 minutes or less, going into the places that interest me. I do appreciate the offers they do for being a Tanger member, and will continue to shop when offers are given.

While customer service at the mall is great, prices and selection are not so much. Lots of stores are not actual outlets, so prices are not great. Nike is the worst with prices and they ARE an outlet. The structure is beautiful, many places are empty so not a ton of stores. Plus they only have a Subway and Auntie Ann's

I loved the outlet itself, I normally go to Howell but after hearing this one was over-priced I needed to see for myself. I liked it however, I hated the other customers attitudes. I don't care where you live, what color you are we are all the same and should be treated accordingly. I'd rather shop in Detroit where the attitudes are better. But no complaints about mall or staff whatsoever.

We stopped by for our 2nd visit. The first visit, shortly after Grand Opening the stores didn't feel any different that the regular shopping mall. This time around it seemed more like an outlet, we found some great deals! The stores are beautiful, customer service friendly! The service center & signing up to get the coupon book was definitely worth my time!

I liked the layout. Pretty center area w fire. It was clean. Not enough parking. Need more restaurants.

I really liked the Tanger Outlet Mall in Grand Rapids, Mi. It seemed so much nicer than the one In Branson, MO. Had more shops seemed like and was more upscale. I highly recommend shopping there and will definitely shop there on my next trip to Michigan!!!

I love the Tanger Mall! Would give it a five star if there were more places to choose from for dining out! That will push customers to go to other malls for sure. Love the stores chosen for this mall. I will be back especially for white house black market and under Armour. Great place!

Very Nice mall! A food court would be very nice for those who are planning on spending the whole day at the mall or for those who don't know the Byron Center area all that well

The mall is very nice. Needs more of a food court. And on the west side of the mall you need more handicap parking towards the north end. The east side has it all along the mall but the west side only has the ones by customer service.
