Golden Carriage Cleaner

I absolutely love this cleaners. The customer service is very warm and welcoming. I especially love their expertise in removing stains. I once took a shirt with many stains on it (deemed not removable by 2 other cleaners), and when I picked it up, BAM! The stains had left the building. Also they know how to put the "cherry on top" ,if you will, by making the end-touch look very elegant. Trust this review. You won't be disappointed.

I had used this dry cleaner for many years. That was until they recently destroyed one of my husbands dress shirts. Okay, I understand that accidents do happen so when I returned with the shirt with the 12 inch tear in it, I expected a satisfactory resolution. However, what I received was dismissal. No apology...nothing... Absoultely no sense of customer service and no concern for their customers. I will not return.
