Sushi Hibachi Buffet

We went there for today's lunch at about 1:30pm. The waitress was friendly and seated us in a booth and asked us for drinks. The interior is quite nice with the dark wooden tables and chairs. The whole restaurant seems to be clean. There were almost no customers, just 2 couples. The sushi plates were covered with plastic wraps and the variety was ok, but everytime you want to pick a sort of sushi you need to uncover the whole plate. We also tried the Hibachi Grill which was kind of strange as you have to use two plates, one for your meet/fish and the other for veggies, etc. The few shrimps where floating in disgusting looking water in the tray and the squid rings looked like rubber bands. unnecessarily to say they taste like rubber bands. The Hibachi was pretty tasteless because of lack of seasoning. There is a much, much better Hibachi Grill in town!!!
