Family Medical Center of Michigan

Over the last two years, this place has been my least favorite to go to. 10/12 of the visits I've had there have been absolutely terrible. For example: Lost test results (I called multiple times and a month later someone finally noticed they were lost.) Inaccurate billing ( I would ask, "Will I be getting charged for this, because I shouldn't be.) then I would receive a bill and spend the next hour on the phone getting it dropped, till eventually I couldn't. Not to mention I had an appointment on my birthday, even though you have to state your birthdate, no one noticed it was mine, or made any effort to talk to me like a human being. They are rude, needless to say I will be finding another doctors office. I wouldn't rate it any stars if that was an option.
