The Door Stop

Revised after rectified customer service experience. Took significant encouragement, but they righted their wrongs.

I recently had a renovation done and replaced all of my doors with custom MDF doors using Door Stop. Included in the order were a pair of pocket doors with frosted glass. When the pocket doors were delivered it was discovered that they were too thick to fit into the wall even though the size was properly specified. The doors were picked up and instead of remanufacturing them, the Door Stop chose to retool them. I waited three weeks for the retooled doors which were done poorly and the original finish was damaged. At this point the doors had to be remanufactured -- something that should have been done from the start. I had to wait four weeks for the remanufactured doors and the response from the Door Stop's head of sales and owner has been sorely lacking. No real apology or acknowledgment for the aggravation and delays they have cost me. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend.
