02-20-10 I went through the drive thru at the spencer, iowa location and received the worst customer service from the female who took my order. She was very rude, did not smile, did not give me a receipt, and not one napkin in the bag. I asked for 2 ranch packs and only received one. I was not happy with this situation and i am a frequent customer and work in the food business myself. This will affect my returning to burger king in spencer iowa. She should be talked to and i would love to give a name but there was no name visible. Very disappointed.
