Westgrove Dental Care

I had my appointment and they took x-ray and and said I need 6 fillings and crown ,seriously?I take care of my teeth and visits dentist every 6 months .And also I took my kids,same thing happened .I Read all the reviews right before I went back to do any cleaning or procedure ,so I am running away ..

Everyone I interacted with were professional and friendly. Tina the hygentist and Dr. Sanchez took the time to explain to me everything they were doing in detail. Outstanding work!

I have seen Dr. Barnett since the 80's and would never consider another dentist. He is thorough and takes a conservative approach with his work. Highest recommendation for Dr. Barnett.

Love this office, Angie is the best hygienist I have ever been too, I would recommend her and this office to everyone. Very friendly staff, Angie's both beautiful and smart such a pleasure.

I spent 10K after insurance, between Westgove and their Flower Mound sister, Towne View.

They assured me they verified exactly what my insurance would pay, and I paid my share before the work was done. Turns out, not all of the procedure was covered and my insurance claims they never talked to Westgrove about what was covered. I had 5 teeth extracted and prepped for implants by Dr Mark Barnett. Turns out he left a portion of one tooth that was supposed to be extracted in my mouth. I called and was told that I had a large balance due that the insurance wasn't paying, I reminded them that they verified and got authorization to do the work before treating me and I paid my part in full! Today I got a registered letter from Dr. Mark Barnett and Westgrove that our paitient/doctor relationship is terminated. I will now have to find a new surgeon to do the job that Dr Barnett was paid to do. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I love this office, the front office is so nice and sweet, Dr. Barnett is the best dentist I have ever had, I just referred my friend and she got $50 off.
