Provided by SuperpagesRapid Pickup at this location was anything but rapid. I scheduled a rapid pickup order for a breakfast meeting at our office on Friday to be picked up on Monday at 7:20. The order was not ready until 7:40, which made me late to the breakfast meeting. When I called the manager a few hours later to find out if this was normal wait time for them, he told me (rudely) that HE had been the one to pack the stuff and that it was ready. If it was ready, and I asked and was told several times that it would be a "few minutes" while it was being sliced and packed, then why did I sit there for 20 minutes. It was like the manager didn't believe me. He was rude--apologized, but he didn't mean it. All he'd say was what did I want him to do? It was like he thought I wanted something for free. What I want is not to wait for a rapid pickup. I always use the Panera on Darrington Drive for lunches and have not had this problem EVER. I will never go to this location again for a "rapid" pickup. It was closer to my home so I thought I could pick up the order quickly and get to the meeting way ahead of time. As it was, I was late and had everyone waiting on me.

Provided by SuperpagesI love this restaurant chain for all sorts of reasons but in particular, on a recent visit to this location, the whole experience just stood out. From the moment I got out of the car you could tell that this was different. Earlier that day I had occasion to visit a Starbucks where the bored person in the drive through provided such an indifferent service that the tips jar remained as empty when I left as when I drove up. Here, despite the heat of the day, there were people amicably chatting outside, enjoying food & drink in a relaxed manner.Upon entering we were greeted by an employee handing out sample of some sort of cake who seemed a little upset when we declined his offer, although once I told him I was diabetic his smile returned. There was no line, the associate was attentive & listened effectively & offered a suggestion where I was able to get half a sandwich & a drink for a great price. The food for our family was quickly prepared and was delicious. Just great
