        Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. They will not call you back, answer the phone and do not care once the sale is made. We tried for 2 days to get a return call from the manager Rene and our salesman Michael. Called 4 times to get one reply on day 2.

        Wrong chairs arrived. Previous order could not be found and had to call numerous times. Do not understand how a company can do business this way.

        We do like their furniture and have shopped there 3 times and ordered furniture for our new home. Only problem is no customer service. Delivery people are good and usually on time. Don't expect a call back if you request one. It wont happen.
