Take Warning. I saw Dr. Steven Selznick for several years in regards to extreme fatigue. He put me on B12 shot regime but no avail. I kept returning as my systems progressed, affecting my heart. He continued the B12 regime and passed me off as a hypochondriac. On last visit, I was in tears as I sought an explanation on why I was so weak. He told me I was "way too young to have a serious issue. Stop worrying." I sought out a second opinion a few months later. They preformed a simple blood test and I was rushed to the ER as my hemoglobin levels were dangerously low and blood transfusion was recommended. After further testing, I found out I have stage iv colon cancer with mets to the liver. This diagnoses takes years to progress. Dr. Selznick could have easily have been alerted something was off if he would have listened and preformed the proper medical evaluation. Young patients do get sick. He should listen to them. Orlando is full of word-renowned doctors and surgeons. Highly recommend seeking treatment with Florida Hospital or Orlando Health instead.

I have been visiting this office since 2004. The doctors are good and know what they are doing. I will give them one star for that. However the front office staff have been less than capable and have not performed professionally within the past two years that I have been going there. I have had a few challenges dealing with their payment policies and business approach. A majority of the problems have stemmed with how they want to handle payments with me and with my Health Insurance Company. I found they do not follow certain terms of the insurance contract and manipulate the contractual agreement details to support their end. They repeatedly quote their (skewed) office policy on how they do business, usually in their favor and not to who is paying.
I have been charged in excess of what is required on Deductibles that the Insurance Company / contract has set forth. Both myself and family members have been given the excuses of “not meeting the deductible” (when in fact it has been met) to draw more money out us. When I show them printed documents (from my Insurance Company) that they are wrong in what they say they will follow up with different reasons as to why I should pay costs outside the negotiated terms of the insurance contract.
Bottom line; they will make you pay more than you should, they will quote CFP Physicians company policy, manipulate the details of insurance terms, and then you will have to work many long hours to get your money back. I have found a lack of integrity and professionalism. Not sure if this a lack of knowledge and training, or if this is intentional to cover themselves financially. Based on my experience, until they are able to regroup and rebuild their reputation I will look for another doctor office and services. I recommend any one considering this office do a detail check before attending.

I went to this office because it was very close to my home and had good reviews the wait was a little long I went in to do my yearly exam which is free and because I mentioned things during the exam they said they could not charge me As a new patient exam that it had to be a specific exam and it ended up costing me $130 for the visit when all I did was mention that I had depression and she prescribed me seven days worth of anxiety medicine totally not worth it

Dr. Selznick is the best, his superior knowledge and polite bedside manner is why I love him. The office staff runs everything like a well oiled machine. I just have to book in advance because Dr. Selznick is so popular with patients.

The Doctors are generally competent, but the Office Manager is an uncompromising tyrant on a wild power trip. If you do not come in when they say, to accommodate *their* schedule, however often they dicate, they will accuse you of refusing treatment and send you a Certified Letter of Dismissal, throwing you out of their treatment center. No reason to try and change an appointment matters; Jessica, for example, will not hear it.

They bill your insurance company for anything you mention whether or not they actually address it - I found this out when a claim was denied for an acute case and pre-existing, unrelated things were coded for. Additionally, they will tell you the practitioner will call on a certain day, then when that doesn't happen, another - finally they state that it's not their policy! They will bring you in over and over again and run all sorts of tests - I had allergy headaches, had them all my life and I had to have an xray of my sinuses and they were pushing for a chest xray as well which I flat out said no to; you know what the comment was? "You have good insurance, don't you?". Aside from what that implies, I don't want additional radiation. I'm an RN and I can honestly say this is not a reputable business. When I rounded with a physician and a patient wanted to speak with the cardiologist about something, he made time in his busy practice to return their calls no matter how trivial it may have seemed. This office wants you to come in and pay co-pays to review results - it's pitiful.

This is one of the best medical offices I have experienced. The staff is pleasant and I never have to wait long for an appointment. The medical staff is top notch and explains things in a simple to understand way. Always a pleasure visiting.

I generally come in for my annual physical with Dr Burrowes. I find him extremely thorough and always explains his recommendations (whether it be lab, Xray, immunizations or other testing). During the year I occasionally have joint problems and Dr. Thomas who knows exactly where to give me the cortisone shot to relieve the pain. The staff is always warm and friendly. The billing office helps explain my insurance issues (especially when the policies are always changing). I have recommended friends and family who are glad I did.

I have been a patient for almost 20 years. My primary doctor is Dr. Selznick, but I have interacted with most of the doctors. Not only do I get the very best of care, the doctors and staff make me feel like family. I have referred other patients to the practice, all of whom feel the same way I do. I can't say enough good things about them.

I've been a patient for more than 20 years. Dr Thomas and his staff have always been like family to me and my family. Brings back the true meaning of family doctor. We will continue to trust our health to the doctors and staff at CFP.

My family has been receiving care at CFP for the past 15 years and love the doctors, nurses, and front desk staff. It is easy to get an appointment when you need it and everyone from the kids to the adults finds the doctors to be warm and professional and very understanding.

Please be advised that I have been a patient of CFP Physicians Group in Casselberry, Florida for more than 10 years. My primary is Dr. Steve Selznick. Dr. Selznick provides top of the line excellent medical care. Also, importantly, Dr. Selznick is a caring doctor who spends whatever time is necessary to diagnose ailments and comfort his patients. I strongly recommend Dr. Selznick.

I have been to many different medical offices and I can honestly say that you can find something "wrong" with every office if you want really are looking. I was greeted with a friendly smile at check in. The waiting room was clean as well as the bathrooms!

I did have to wait 35 minutes to be seen but that is nothing compared to other offices

that I have been to before.

The staff at CFP could not have been more pleasant and Dr. Selznick was one of the most though in his history and physical as a new patient. I felt like I had his full attention and I am confident that I have found my new family doctor.

This is a great office. The doctors and staff are very caring and take the time to listen to what you have to say. They take great care of all, from babies to geriatrics. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new family doctor.

My experience with this office was not pleasent. The staff is not too helpful. If you need to talk to one of the doctors you have to send a letter to request the appointment, what kind of office is this? I will never refer any person not even my worse enemy. Good luck any one who visit this office

This doctors office so not the norm. Staff is absolutely wonderful, they make you feel special not just a patient. My doctor never rushes you spends time answering your questions, is very thorough not to miss something, no unnecessary tests like a lot of other dr's. Bottom line I will never leave this practice, it's a keeper!

This is great office. People here are very nice and the doctors are very good...
