        I used Richards to clean my carpets in my 3/1. The carpets were very bad, needing spot treatment and pet deodorizer. Richard arrived on time, set-up professionally and finished relatively quickly. When I returned the house looked immaculate. I was astonished he was able to get out and cleanup as much as he was. After that I mentioned a spot in my car where headlight restorer had spilled out. He said that it would be no problem and actually combined the price of the carpet cleaning with that ultimately making it free. He never tried up-selling us and stuck right to his quote. I highly recommend Richards if not for a cleaning service then as a great conversation. Your great Richard, Keep up the good work.
