A personal fitness studio. I create programs for clients to aid them in their health and fitness goals. I train people alone, or in small groups. I don't charge per hour, I charge based on the needs of the client. I have been a specialist for 12 years and have worked with the beginning exerciser to the elite athlete to post rehab patients. I am across the street from Freedom Park and I love to take clients for a run or walk in the park for a warm up or cool down on a pretty day. I do 30 minute or 1 hour sessions.
