Dilworth Pediatrics

Called and made appt. for my daughter school vaccines. I made this appt 2 wks in advance. Arrived at appt. she was not on the schedual anywhere!! Yes they could wk her in at a time 2 1/2 hrs later, but what will I do for 2 1/2 hrs? Asked to speak to manager( waited about 7-10 min for this) Dr. Evers came up to window and I explained the situation to her but neither she or any of the doctors could not see her at the time I made the appt. for. I was told by her that they have to accomadate their pts, I said exactly, is my daughter not a pt?? Shame on them!! I guess Novant healthcare has us where they want us huh!!!

the doctor is very impatience, not friendly very expensive charge.i went there for flu shot they charge me nasal flu vaccine for almost $50 also charge hadleing fee $30 for give you the bottle of vaccine , CVS only charge for $18 total.no handling fee.i wonder what kind of flu vaccine they made.
