        Terrible customer service. Sold products that do not work and now won't take it back because I didn't register it with the manufacturer. Items were sold without box or paperwork so there was no way for me to register it with the company. They are completely irresponsible with their products. While I was there another customer came in who had bought what they told her was "gel" polish but instead was regular polish. They wouldn't even take that back! Do not ever buy here.

        I'm an African American woman who has been doing nails for 18years. This store has a sign outside stating to leave purses in car. My second time going in I saw customers with the same nationalities of the store owners walking around shopping with there purses. I always leave mine upfront, also ever time I went in they went up on prices each time. The little guy that checks me out each time is always so ashamed to tell me a different price. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and who ever else I can. This is awful and ignorant to the third degree.
