After being at hair cutters I went into master cuts and spoke with the manager terrie. She was easy to talk to and helped me with all my needs. I proceeded to let her be the one to fix my hair. She did an amazing job. She fixed the mess I had. I would defiantly recommend her

I came to Mastercuts in Charlottesville after calling and talking to the manager Terrie. She was very helpful and understanding after I shared with her my bad experience at Hair Cuttery. It had been almost a year since I had my hair done as I was scared I would get a horrible cut. Terrie pleasantly greeted me and sat me in her chair and walked me thru everything she planned to do with my hair. At the time they were offering an amazing deal where I got a haircut, 7 foils, shampoo and conditioning treatment, a blow dry and a eye brow waxing for $49.95. I accepted the package and my highlights are amazing along with the haircut. I opted out of the eye brow waxing and Terrie gave me additional foils, which I felt was accommodating. After having a bad experience at Hair Cuttery and now coming to Mastercuts. Mastercuts is where I will always go as long as Terrie is there. She is amazing at what she does and she has 5 star customer service.TOTALLY AMAZING!! Thank you Terrie!

I went into master-cuts not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair and I was accompanied by the manger Terrie. She help me choose the hair style that I've been looking for. I've been to many different places but I truly will always come to her.

I went in there to get my hair done the other day and was totally and completely unhappy, The manager is VERY rude and unprofessional she was on the phone while doing my hair I have been in there several times but this will be my last she got to arguing with an employee right in front of me I would NOT go unless that becomes the last place in charlottesville

I called the salon specifically asking if they could do short hair. I was advised to wait on a specific stylist who came in two hours later. Once she came in, I scheduled an appointment. I had already stopped by the salon and gotten a price list. I had gotten my hair done the previous week as well. i conformed the price with the stylist before i went in . i waited two hours for her to start on my hair and she went over the pricing again at my request. I brought my own shampoo. upon checking out I was informed that they had to charge me an additional $5 more for using my own products which I was ok with. then she tells me that her manager said taht she had to charge me an additional $12 for using a curling iron in my hair! I was livid. by the end it was double what was quoted. I spoke with the manager TERRI. She was very rude and short. She cut me off while I was talking and refused to come to amedian. Needless to say I called thier corporate office but I'm still unsatisfied but my hair looked good.
