Major pet stains around the house because my new puppy. I called right away because I obviously did not like the look of stains around my home! Fast process, after calling them, they came by within an hour. They removed the stains within 1 hour and I?m so happy with their work! I hope I can train my puppy better so I don?t need to call Flat Rate Carpet Cleaning every week.

my dirty and smelly area rug was rolled up in the basement for awhile, thought I would put it to use. The cleaners came over for an estimate and let me know they have free pick-up and delivery for my rug. so I thought I'd give it a try. I had a coupon and it came out to be a good price! I now have it 3 weeks later and the rug looks great in my living room.

My area rugs were returned 2 weeks after they were picked up and they look fabulous and fresh. I had a lot of stains on them and they were all removed. My 2 area rugs smell great and they look so much better in my living room.
