Good prices, excellent and varied menu, and the service inmaculate!

This is hands down the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. We order take out every weekend and dinner during the week, and every single time I wait at the take out counter for ATLEAST 15 minuets without even being acknowledged. I have to ask for help even with 10 employees just standing around (2 of which I overheard talking about their favorite kind of wine, while I was standing there not being helped) who see I am at the counter and STILL it takes another 5-10 minuets to be serviced.... TO PICK UP A TAKE OUT ORDER!!!!! The only reason we continue to go here is the good food. Unfortunately this has been the last straw. We spend atleast $200 a month there on take out, and the service is absolutely appalling. It's a joke to even call it service.

The food is good the service is bad really bad. The prices go up and the service gets worse.Go there very frequently with a friend who goes twice a day. spend a lot of money. You think the owner would give him a free dessert here and there. The waiters now a days think you should just give 20%. What happened to the days of working for it. So the service has to improve a great deal.
