I love Greenbrier Pawn. I go there occasionally just to see the new merchandise they have in stock. I have purchased several pieces from them. Kaitlin has always provided excellent service.

Why go to a traditional jewelry store and pay ridiculous prices. I have used Greenbrier Pawn several times and they have great people and a great selection. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

On my wedding anniversary my husband took me to Greenbeier Pawn to pick out a platinum anniversary band. All the ladies were so helpful with wonderful personalities. I went back the next day and bought a pair of beautiful diamond earrings.

I like the place and people but my order was not ready when promised nor did they call to let me know my order wouldn't be ready today. In fact, they didn't even call today to let me know my order was ready as they stated yesterday. I clearly expressed the need to have my order ready before the weekend and I was told that I would be called today to pick it up. The store is clearly closed as it is 9pm. So I know I'm not getting any phone calls. I will head there tomorrow to get my stuff back. Won't be using this service from them anymore. You'll be taking a chance using their service.....unable to count on their word smh.

I had a great experience! I was looking for a pair of diamond earrings and the staff were able to locate a pair of loose diamonds the size and set I wanted. They set them in a matter of minutes and gift wrapped them as well. Thank you Kaylee and Nina!

All the ladies were super nice! It was my first time in the shop and I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the shop, it's spacious and has a nice atmosphere. You are greeted with smiles and hellos and barely any wait time! Quick service whether it's for pawn or loan. Great management!
