My husband picked up his six shirts and suit that he had cleaned. When he went to put one on the next day he noticed the collar was still dirty.Now we have had our clothes cleaned here many times with no worries. After examining all his shirts he noticed all the shirts were not cleaned. They were starched like hard paper but not one was cleaned. So I went to return the shirts and when I showed the lady she said we don't do spot cleaning or collars. She said she could put a spot stick on them but can't guarantee them. I guess you get what you pay for. They have cheap prices and you get cheap quality. I quickly took my shorts to Tide down the street and when I handed the lady his shirts and suit she quickly noticed the collars and said we will take care of it. Cleaning the whole shirt is standard and I can pick them up tomorrow. Now that is service.
