My loan was mismanaged. The information needed in sending out my outgoing checks to my creditors was not put on the checks or any accompanied paper work to identify the checks were coming from me. The checks were sent back from my creditors and costing me over 20 days of added interest to my accounts plus even though these checks would have paid off the accounts, I had to make my monthly payments and accrue the added interest on my accounts. If you get a loan from OneMain, do your own investigation of information before your checks go out to your creditors. Make sure your account information is on the checks being sent from OneMain. I sure have questions on the handling of my account, it is hard to get a return call to clear matters like this from their office. They get your signature then don't follow through on their end! Two accounts still outstanding after 20 days after my signature was put on paper. Like a children running a lemonade stand they need supervision.
