Michael S. Korey, M.D. attended the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign from which he graduated with Phi Beta Kappa distinction, receiving Bachelor of Science degree. He received the M.D. degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he was selected as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. Following medical school, he completed an internship and specialty residency training in ophthalmology at the Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident in Ophthalmology. Dr. Korey then pursued further sub specialty training, concentrating in the treatment of glaucoma, at the internationally renowned Barnes Eye Hospital of Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Lopezâ€™s extraordinary achievements as a physician and surgeon were formally recognized by the State of Illinois, which awarded him their highest honor, the Lincoln Medal for Medicine.

Harold Sy, M.D. completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. He received his M.D. degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois.
