I called for a cab at 7:00 pm didnt get a cab til 30 mins later after 5 calls and the driver pulls up with a private passenger with a nasty attitude i use this cab service everyday and the driver today was veey unprofessonal ill find another cab service that will appreciate my business

As unprofessional as this company is, they most likely don't check these ratings as an attempt to see where they can improve their service. Yesterday I requested their service, unprofessional as soon as they answered the phone. My driver had dreads and drives a red Cadillac just to give a brief description. Prompt arrival. However, when I headed for the back seat (as I would do previous times and my riders would do when I drove for Uber) he stopped me and told me to get upfront. He claimed that he didn't want his passenger floors to become damaged from the weather. To me, this wasn't a legit reason to have someone sit upfront. And, if this is a concern of his, he's in the wrong profession! The ONLY reason he made money off of me yesterday is because I had no other alternative to get my toddler from daycare. This company is unprofessional and I'm just glad my experience with them is over! Lbvs * Advice to the driver. You should invest in towels for your floor or weather appropriate mats. Because, you can't continue to sacrifice your clients comfort due to your OCD. Honestly, I thought when you're in this type of profession, you're suppose to regularly clean your vehicle anyway. Not make people feel uncomfortable because you insist on them sitting in the front.

Worst company ever been waiting on a cab forever then a cab come i say are u a cab he says no and he pulls off then i call the company and she say the driver said i jumped out his car i beeb riding this cab company for a long time.

No stars from me if it that was possible. These people are flat out rude and childish. Needs to focus more on doing their jobs instead of having attitudes with the customers who did nothing to them.

Absolutely horrible and unreliable. I called them for cab at 5:00PM, and was told to expect the cab in 10 minutes, or sooner. 30 minutes later... still no cab. A friend who was waiting with me finally agreed with me that I should call and see what was going on. The representative dispatcher told me the cab would arrive "in just a moment".25 minutes later... still no cab from "Courtesy".I called them again and was told the cab had been here and left, after the driver blew his horn and waited for a moment. This is impossible, since myself and my neighbor were waiting right out front together the entire time, and were impossible to miss. It would have also been impossible to miss a horn-blowing vehicle, since we were only about 8 feet from the curb.I ended up waiting from 5PM until around 6:55PM for a cab from Courtesy, that never showed up.Do not call Courtesy Livery if you actually need to get there.
