Gordon In Lakeview

Lynn has a great eye and loves what she does. This really shined through and I would highly recommend getting some of her special magic on your special day.

I like the feeling of this salon because it just feels so natural. I'm not big on products (except for those that can help with frizz in the summer!), so this place feels right up my alley. When you walk in they offer you drinks and I highly recommend the tea. It's seriously delicious.

I had no problem getting in when I wanted to. The ten minute foot soak before the 50 minute massage made for my first time ever truly one hour treatment! Very nice! The massage was very good. No annoying conversation once the massage started!

I had Michael as my masseuse and he was incredible. I have apparently stored every stressful life event in my shoulders and neck and often can't even feel masseuse's hands because I'm so tight in that area, but Michael had no issue. He got right into my problem areas and not only could I feel it, but at times wanted to cry from relief (ok, and maybe a little from pain, but the good kind of pain!). Each time he found a knot he asked me to tell him if the pressure was too little or too much. In past experience I'm used to saying "push harder", but he seemed to sense exactly what my body needed. In fact, after a few minutes on my shoulders he asked if he could spend the whole time concentrating on them and my back. I agreed that was what I needed, and so he went to work. At the end of the massage he made suggestions for stretches I could do to loosen up the area, and also suggested getting a heating pad to help the area out. I appreciated that he didn't try to immediately up-sell me for more massages. He made valid suggestions...

There's nothing to say about Gordon in Lakeview except "Go! I am a huge fan of this place.

Also, the receptionist was very pleasant and smiled. I felt way more welcomed than in any other place. She was really friendly and sweet.

So why bother going to any place other than Gordon's hair salon. Great staff and service, amazing haircuts, great massages, And really good pricing. Their haircuts are no ordinary ones.

My number one place to do my hair! I am very picky when it comes to hair salons, but this place is absolutely awesome!

I've had the same stylist for years but due to some unfortunate circumstances she had to move out of town...I had been looking for a Salon, and a friend recommended Gordon Hair Salon. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of their work...I think I've found my new Salon :)
