Noyane, meaning ‘hidden roof," is a Japanese-Peruvian restaurant that is the creation of renowned Chef Richard Sandoval and occupies the rooftop at the Conrad Chicago. Enjoy a craft cocktail as you look down on the Magnificent Mile, south to the Chicago River, or east to Lake Michigan. A 25 seat bar is flanked by communal tables, a large fire table and low lounge-style seating. Don’t miss the incredible fire sculpture on the northeastern corner of the roof as you share views and bold flavors of Noyane.
