Plass Appliance & Electronics

I would not recommend Plass appliance for anything. They are used car salesmen! They talk out of both sides of their head. Darryl and Dennis in the Chicago store do not communicate and they cannot even properly schedule an installation. Not to mention, after screwing up my dishwasher installation, neither of them would take ownership of the mix-up and pointed me to their General Manager, Ray in Elmhurst. Ray was absolutely no help and said he would take care of the problem....well, he didn't. Empty promises of new dates for the installation and their installation department is just as frustrated with Plass Appliance incompetence. Go to ABT instead --- steer CLEAR of Plass Appliance.
