I love this place, my salesman was phenomenal, he was very informative, patient, and knowledgeable about the product and the process. I will continue to do business with them and will definitely send referrals especially since they will pay me $200 for everyone referred.

I have to admit I am a very impatient person and they were really nice and gentle and were able to get everything done without growing frustrated on me.

I am really satisfied with the help and professionalism I received from Western Nissan especially from the service department. They are good people and they handle all issues with professionalism.

Juan in service is excellent! He always goes the extra mile in making sure my questions are answered and all of my needs are met. When I come to service for oil changes, there have been times where he washed my car if the car wash guy is back up. Thank you Juan, your the best!

The employees are friendly and professional. The wait time was reasonable and satisfying. The enhancement of the waiting area was very good and comfortable.

Was a little skeptical going to purchase a car on my own but all my fears were put to rest once I got there. As the end of my summer vacation approached, I checked my summer-to-do-list and realized that I hadn't had the oil in my car changed. I called the service department on a lark at 9:30 the next morning. The service technician told me tt he sure could change my oil that very morning. I was skeptical and expecting a long wait time. In approximately 40 minutes, I was in my car, driving (happily) away.

Every time I visit the dealership, I am treated with respect and the waiting time required for the service i received is what was quoted to me. i have not been dissatisfied with the service.

They were awesome. I've been having some really bad experiences with Nissan dealerships. This dealership and service center cured all that. They provide the service that a Nissan owner would want. Extremely helpful, friendly, and amazing. They know what customer service is. They took amazing care of me. I'm so happy I found them.

Just drove home with a brand new 2011 Nissan Sentra after a visit to Western Avenue Nissan. While I know they are all salespersons and therefore success is based on of being friendly, I felt like my salesman Booker went above and beyond. He was not pushy at all and was warm, respectful, and patient. Booker got me a great deal and made it possible for me to drive away in a new car without feeling ripped off or hustled. If I was rating Booker himself, I would give it 5 stars, however, due to the long wait time for completing the whole process I had to mark them down. I should mention that several people apologized for the wait.
