My primary care doctor is in Nashville about an hour away, so in a pinch when I need some quick medical resolve, I have used Doctor's Care on Wilma Rudolph over the past 10 years. Each time I was pretty impressed with the examinations and applied remedies / prescriptions from the visit. They are quick, but complete in the process of addressing the concern. The Doctors are very good and if I did not have one already in place for myself elsewhere, I'd consider getting one of them on board as my primary. I'm glad they are in business to provide this level of medical service.

I a military spouse with a deployed husband. We have two children 7 and 2. After my oldest child had a fever, sore throat and stomach ache on Friday afternoon I took them both to Doctor's Care on Wilma Rudolph. Being Tricare Standard I paid 283.00 out of pocket. We were seen by a military PA who prescribed AMOX/K CLAV 250/5ml for my oldest who is 60lbs and my youngest who is 25lbs. After a week of medication my oldest was not any better. I called asking if they could recheck her and prescribe new medication, they said i would have to have another office visit. I find this obscured given the fact the medication and services rendered were inefficient. I took my oldest to her PCP and sure enough she still has strep. She was given OMNICEF and 2 days later all better. Doctor's Care would not even recheck my youngest to make sure her medication was working! What is a doctor at this place good for except taking your money and providing incorrect treatment! I will be disputing this claim.

Thus is my first visit here, obviously people under the weather are grumpy and I'm no different.I read reviews about the pricing of services here so I was cautious of that but as for getting hit after the fact.....the very first thing they have you do is sign documentation explain g their process. You should always read what you sign and their paperwork is very clear and concise.My attending physician was pleasant, and prompt. I waited only about 20 minutes and once in the room I was only left alone waiting on test results, which I feel is perfectly acceptable.Overall my experience here has been great and though I dislike being sick I would return here without question.It is worth noting that I did require a throat swab during my visit, but was told up front that the cost was 35 dollars for my test. Can't expect anyone to work for free and they were upfront and honest with me about the additional costs.

I was seen by the physicin today, he spent about 60 seconds with me. I was charged $109.00 I had a $ 15.00 credit that I did not kow about because I have not been there in over a year. I think this is out rageous. My insurance does not pay so I had to pay all out of pocket. I think the quality of care was terrible.
