Bronze Bay Tanning

Bronze Bay Tanning Salon has got to be the best in Colo Sprgs! They have the best service, you are treated like a customer should be. The salon is clean and the beds are great. The owners are absolutely wonderful. Dont take my word just visit them!

This is the best tanning salon I have ever visited. They bring a little bit of southern comfort here to Colorado Springs. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. I love that they have a radio in each room and a mint every time you visit. Its not only cute and fun but its clean! They sell wonderful product that is affordable. If you need a good tan go to Bronze Bay, you will love it!

Excellent location, the staff is very pleasant and the velocity bed is incredible. I explained what I was wanting in a short time frame, and they were great with helping me obtain my desired tan color. If you are looking for a place where hospitality and personal attention still exists, then this is it!!! I love it, and the prices are good, expecially on their lotions. In the room is a clean towel, glasses, a mint, hand santizer and spray on deoderant! The owners run the place with pride and it reflects in all interactions.

This place has everything going for it. The atmosphere is great, the service is exceptional, the beds are so clean, they dont make you pay for stickers, and the employees really know their stuff. Not to mention, no contracts and reasonable prices. I have a nice golden tan now thank you!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. THE OWNERS AND STAFF ARE ALWAYS SO NICE AND VERY HELPFUL. THE BEDS ARE THE BEST AROUND TOWN AND I LOVE THE 2 FOR TUESDAY. I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER TANNING SALONS AND NO OTHER COMPARE IN PRICE, VALUE AND IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN BRONZE BAY TANNING.

I can't believe how rudely I was treated on my first visit. The employee on staff did not seem knowlegeable at all and put me in a bed for the full bed time, when I requested 4 minutes to start! I was very sore for a whole week!

I have been tanning for years and stopped two years ago because of the lack of customer service and CLEAN beds. Bronze Bay Tanning has restored my faith in tanning salons. I have never been in such a clean salon with the best customer service, I have ever received at any tanning salon. I live in Michigan and will be back to tan at Bronze Bay. I am very impressed with Bronze Bay Tanning. I have never tanned in a place before that is so clean and friendly. It is the small things that make the difference, such as, a mint and a antibacterial hand wipe in each room and there is even hair spray in the bath room. They take alot of time to clean each room-so you know it was actually cleaned and not just barely wiped down like other places I have tanned. The staff are very friendly and actually take time to get to know you. I tanned in another facility for years and they STILL asked me my name each time I walked in-not the case at Bronze Bay. The beds are clean, big and very comfortable. I will continue to make them my tanning facility of choice.

I am very happy I chose Bronze Bay. Very clean polite & professional. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by a smiling face who knows my name. They care about the well being of their customers and will advise you of meds that may be harmful while tanning. Wish I could experience this level of customer service more often!!

I have been a member at Bronze Bay since it opened over a year ago and recently renewed my membership for another year. What a difference--clean, clean, clean, clean!!! Previously, I was having difficulty finding a facility that I deemed acceptable without cleaning the bed myself. Bronze Bay delivered. The facility is always clean and the staff are very professional and friendly--you don't feel like a number. Plus the bulbs always seem fresh. They really care about their customers and it shows! Bronze Bay is the one place and I go to relax, take a little time for myself, and leave refreshed.
