Good Earth Garden Center

Mark65 must be a sour customer! He is wrong! Good Earth is the best place to shop for flowers in Colorado!!! Hands Down! Not only do they have the most beautiful and healthy selection of flowers, but the staff is so friendly and knowledgable that I go back just for them. Of course the nursery doesn't allow returns after 24 hours. They're plants; what nursery does? Once they leave the store, they're you're responsibility. How are they to know if YOU gave the plant a disease? And they do have a great return policy- they will take plants back within 24 hours, so long as they look okay. If you killed your plant, don't blame the store. How can you say the owner and staff dont care? Everytime I go there, the kids -yes, kids- greet me so kindly and always offer help. One young man even carried my basket around to help me shop! The women are sweet and kind, and the men are polite and true gentlemen. Of course a nursery can't help you figure out what happened - what do you expect? They're not police; what can they do? Take your negative attitude somewhere else, your business and nasty self aren't wanted at such a beautiful store!

Would give no stars if that was an option. This nursery essentially allow no returns after 24 hours. If it wilts or dies from bugs or a disease the plant came with you are just out of luck. I have never seen such a no return policy. Also, the owner and office/register staff don't care about customers. I had a car damaged in front of this nursery and they absolutely would not help me figure out how it happened. I won't be going back.
