Magnolia Inn

My wife and went there for a time away... Rooms are immaculate, beds comfortable, pool and a jecuzzi are just outside. Free ice etc... and probably best of the extras would have been the Full / Complete Breakfast that they still call "Continental" which is pretty funny to me... Most places ive been in that say "free Continental Breakfast" serve dirty dishwater and throw a donut at you... But this place had about anything you would want for breakfast... As much as you wanted it was a buffet... Ive only seen their breakfast buffet outdone by one hotel so far... That was in Foz de aguacu Brazil... But they do Not have much competition around south Mississippi... We will probably be sending our married friends here for anniversaries etc... WELL DONE GUYS!!! And THANKS!!!

Cons: This place sucks, Been here a few times against my will. Wireless Internet has never been reset, probably ever. I'm befuddled I can type this. Everything in the room makes a large amount of noise, Toilets constantly run, AC has not been cleaned in ages (when you turn it on in ANY room) it smells. ALL of the mini fridges sound like they are trying so hard to keep cool they are about to take off from the planet. If your lucky enough to sleep through this nightmare and catch breakfast, be ready for bland sausage patties, tasteless gravy, and a bunch of other just thrown in stuff they can imagine. This is everyday. Most of the water fountains do not work, so grab a kid size carton of milk if your need something to drink. I often go next door to the other hotel to eat breakfast at a price.
