Sundays Ultimate Day Spa

DO NOT ever use SUNDAYS DAY SPA!! They take your money for the service 5 months ago and then don't give a courtesy call to remind you of the appointment (or they said they did but didn't get an answer.... so leave a message on the answering machine, I mean even the doctors office does that!!!!) Now I pay $85 more dollars because I missed the appointment. Sounds to me like the receptionist is lazy and needs to actually call someone to remind them of their appointment!!! I know my answering machine was no full because I check it everyday!!! And I know it works because it annoys me when I hear it!!!
