Went in for a silk press, my first and last time .. the out come was horrible! I showed her a pic of how I wanted she barley took a glance and went to work smh Nothing like the photo at all .. I seen a lot of nice weaves done but silk press guess it's just NOT the owner specialty.. I felt cheated out my money but paid & went straight to my cousins house for a sew in which looks great!!! Never going to them again!! Ladies I suggest you do more research

I took my 16 year old son to get the top of his hair braided not all just the crown. The owner braided his hair very badly. Look like a five-year-old braided it.

I have been to 4 hairdressers prior to visiting Dre'Vawns Hair Studio on 8275 Fm 78. The 1st place lacked in quality. The 2nd place demonstrated street-hood customer service. The 3rd place struggled in giving me "what she wanted me to have" versus "what I asked for". At the 4th place, I went in for a full sew-in bob and came out with a volcano sewed in so tight that I almost wrecked my car driving home. I am so pleased to say thank you to LaTonya at Dre'Vawn's Hair Studio on 8275 Fm 78 in Converse, TX. She does professional high-quality work. The salon is available 24/7, so you never feel like you are getting a rushed-through job. LaTonya knows the importance of customer service, client consultations, and doing great hair.
