AAA Roofing

Had ridge vent installed, by AAA and it leaked within a few months. They would not honor warranty, and have had nothing but problems with the vents ever since. Very rude and unprofessional. I will have to have it replaced by someone else. Looks like I'm not the only dissappointed customer.

Bought new house, contractor had to have AAA come back three times, now after 5 years roof leaks. Contacted AAA and they were rude and plain old nasty people and would not "stand-up and do the right thing". Hired another company to make it right. Scab Outfit........

i was looking for a new leak-proof roof. What I got was a roof that has leaked continually for the past 7 years. Despite repeated calls from me, and visits from different workmen from AAA the roof continues to leak.

When we had the roof installed in Oct 2010, there were no issues. Now, however, there is a leak and it has taken over 3 days to get a response. The lady, Kristen, who answered the phone, was quite rude and basically called me a liar. I really wish we had gone with someone else. They are quick to take your money, but they are providing NO SERVICE when there is an issue that they caused. Supposedly someone will be out today, 4 days after our initial call and they NEVER returned the messages I have left. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR POST INSTALL SERVICE. Had I know this I would have spent my money elsewhere.

Wonderful work! Clean, neat, prompt and friendly employees. They were very detailed. We also had 11 solatubes installed, the light in the middle of the house is amazing! No more dark house in the daytime. After, having four estimates, AAA Roofing’s price was by far was the best. Payment choices (December 2010) were a positive too. Thanks…AAA Roofing!
