Merlion Restaurant & Bar

First of all, the service was nonexistent. They couldn't decide who was assigned to wait on our table and we almost left. Unfortunately, we stayed. We ordered "Thai Meugkum and Prawns" for $7.95. It consisted of 6-8 wilted spinach leaves spread out on a plate with a baby shrimp (no prawn) sliced in half and barely visible topped with burnt coconut and lime. The other item we selected was "Hainan Chicken Lettuce Cup" for $8.95. The description stated butter lettuce topped with shredded chicken.... There was NO butter lettuce. They served little circles of iceberg lettuce with fatty chunks of chicken. It was an awful experience and I would NOT recommend Merlion to anyone. It had the look and feel of a PF Chang's which I thoroughly enjoy. The food at Merlion is of inferior quality and quantity.
