Never heard from them again

After finding ticks on my dog and children I immediately called every exterminator in my area. This was the only company I could find to come out same day and within a couple of hours. The only problem was they didn't get rid of the ticks! I paid a large amount for them to do inside and outside treatment. They put powder on my carpets which I had to pay more for to avoid having to take the dog out for hours. I was told I wouldn't see any ticks in 7-14 days. Skeptical of the product I called around after the fact and no one knew what powder they would have put down. Every exterminator said no one uses powder for ticks anymore?!? Then after I was told by Alco that it was safe for kids and pets, my daughter's feet and legs broke out into a rash. Dr. said it was an allergic reaction. I immediately called the company back to get my money back and NO ANSWER!! Left messages and no one called me back!! Not to mention still had live ticks in my house!! I had to call someone else to come out and treat my house. They even gave a one year warranty but what was the point if they would never answer or return my calls again!

I CALLED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I THOUGHT I HAD TERMITES. THEY SENT A GUY THAT BARLEY SPOKE ENGLISH. HE SAID I HAD TERMITES. I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY TO GET A SECONED OPINION, AND IT TURNED OUT THAT I HAD ANTS NOT TERMITES. WHAT A RIP-OFF. WHEN I TRIED TO CALL BACK TO VOICE MY CONCERN I REPETEDLY GOT NO ANSWER. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
