I had similar problems when i rented from Primeland. The property manager became surly when asked to fix anything. Though he told me I could have a pet when I first moved in, he later changed his mind. My cat mysteriously died of poisoning not long afterwards. I don't believe that Primeland should have ANY stars, these guys are real low-lifes.

I will never rent from them again! Worst experience I've ever had renting . They sweet talk you to move in , then once your in their rude , don't answer your calls & don't like to fix anything! I've had ongoing issues with pests , a/c not working & the list goes on & on! They don't even deserve one stars! Oh and the funny part is they were gonna let me out of my lease because they told me I was costing them too much money fixing things but the stipulation was I had 30 days to move & they told me this the weekend before I was to deliver my baby , which they were aware of!
