Dunkin'

Went there two times In the last week and tried to order an apple pie but they were out. I was ordering apple pie because I had a coupon for it that expires at the end if the month. Ordered the apple pie for the first time around the 15th of the month. On the 23rd I was told they wouldn't have them any more so I asked them to honor my coupon on another bakery item but they flat out refused to do so. What kind of operation sends out a coupon for a product then never has that product and refuses to honor it on anything else!! That's total incompetence!

Twice in two months I've gone to this location at 8pm. Twice I was unable to get anything other than a muffin. Once they didn't even have iced coffee. They close at 10pm. Unacceptable.

Absolute rude staff over a phone call. I asked them their location and she hung up on me. I called back, and it rang for a minute, then a fax machine picked up. I called back and they hung up on my again. Who hires and trains these people? This is obviously a sign of a poorly run loction and it should be rectified. Its still fairly new, so maybe its time to turn over the staff for a new group.
