Ever had a cleaning service that just kind of stopped cleaning things as time went on? We prevent this by allowing you to quickly rate and review each and every cleaning so that we can continually personalize your experience! All of your feedback is reviewed daily. Compliments are passed along to your cleaners, everything else is discretely corrected. We believe that delivering the best clean starts with our employees, and that's why we pay our cleaners a higher wage than our competition to ensure that our employees value their job. We only hire about one out of 150 applicants. From there, we put them through an intensive interview process including background checks. Then we put them through an entire month of training and mentor-ship before we allow them to become a full team member. We aren't willing to put anyone in your home that we wouldn't trust in ours. We are locally owned, and are not a franchise. Alpine Maids partners with Ecolab to provide you with the best Green Seal Certified cleaning products in the industry. This means that not only are our products safe for you, your pets, and your family--they are safe for our cleaners as well. We believe in making our staff our number one priority.
