very unfriendly staff!!! always trying to force me to upgrade my contract, every single time i tan!

There should be a ZERO STAR RATING...I wish I had gone online and read reviews before I had signed a contract with this company. I am baffled that they are allowed to run the way that they do - that they are able to treat their customers like they do. For one, they say that they are open unit 11 pm Mon - Sat - so why is it that I have been turned away saying that there ISN'T ENOUGH TIME? This has happened numerous times - even calling the corporate office doesn't help - they are as bad if not worse than the store managers. DO NOT EVER GET YOURSELF LOCKED INTO THEIR CONTRACTS! I cannot say how bad everything about this place is - and I'm locked in for two years. you cannot cancel your contract unless you move - the only thing that they MIGHT do is talk to the manager and maybe give you bonus bucks...

they have the best beds, the best prices, the best hours, and most important the friendliest staff, couldn't be happier with how the manager and the assistant manager, they always help me get the best color and always chat with me and make me feel important...would recommend to anyone
