Love the martial arts especially since the classes are a great mix of adults and families. Also the meditation classes have really helped with stress and focus. Nice looking school especially with the plants, large windows and asian decor.

Great school for the family. My wife and our 3 kids are having fun and getting in shape together. I like the focus on both the health and fitness and also on the self defense. We began just for fun as something the family could do together. Now we see how the focus and discipline is having an effect. The kids are doing so well is school and their teachers have told us they are really able to concentrate better and have more confidence especially around the kids who tend to pick on others. My wife really was eager to learn tai chi which she enjoys especially for the relaxation. But she has surprised herself in that she has found that she loves the conditioning and the application of the self defense and sparring! I had taken martial arts when I was younger but was in a style that did not have internal styles or weapons. I have enjoyed learning the history and application of the variety of weapons that are taught. In all were are having a great time and looking forward to advancing to the next level.
