I finally decided to upgrade from my beloved Tu250x so I could drive safely on the freeway. I bought a Triumph With more than triple the amount of CCs, so fast and badass looking with an amazingly horrible suspension.
Peter, a salesman at Erico, said he couldn't take the bike back from me the next business day. Instead, he gave me a new set of rear shocks that think he even installed himself.
I was amazed at the level of customer service they provided.

Suspect Service

They mean well. Everyone is really nice and friendly. The problem is that the service department is consistantly sloppy. Work is not complete, it is unresponsive, they lose paperwork, forget your bike is there -- a host of problems. Evrytime I'm there for service the bike has to be brought in again for things that were forgotten.

I'm fairly patient. I would never write in about a single problem nor do I expect a business to be perfect all the time. The poor service, however, is systemic and has been that way for at least three years. Only slight improvement. I would not advise servicing a bike here. Too much is riding on competant service so avoid Erico. Sorry to say.

Great Bikes and People

I bought my Triumph from Erico and continue to have is serviced there. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Sales, Part, Clothes, etc. everywhere you go you find someone who is genuinely friendly and ready to help.

Keep it up Erico!

Erico's Lead Tech is Awesome

I just moved to Denver and was told by several people that I should take my Duc to Boulder Motorsports to get serviced. When I got an estimate from those guys, I almost fell over. I decided to give Erico’s Service Department a try. Ossi is their lead Ducati tech and the guy is truly amazing. He has been working on Ducatis for over 20 years and it shows. Not only is my Duc running better than it ever has, he also convinced me to upgrade my exhaust, which as made all the difference. Thank you to Erico and Ossi for giving outstanding service at an affordable price.

I love Erico

When I first drove up to Erico Motorsports, I was a bit suspect, since it is an old warehouse. However, the minute I walked in the door, they had me. Chris up front is so cool and knows so much about scooters. There are several old Vespas displayed all over the dealership and the owners were very friendly. They also have a large selection of new scoots as well as some great riding gear. If you love Vespa, then you owe it to yourself to check out Erico Motorsports. Justin was my sales rep, and he really knows scooters, he even races them

Kudos to Erico's Service Manager

Erico Motorsports has an outstanding Service Manager. Lucas Murphy is one of the best in the business. I was passing through Denver on my Triumph Speedmaster on my way back to L.A. My bike had already seen about 1000 miles and was really in need of a service. Lucas stayed late, and made sure that my bike was running perfectly before I took off for the rest of my trip. Thanks again Lucas for a job well done, next time you are in L.A. please look me up so I can buy you a cold one! Trevor

Decent Business

I am very impressed by John Beldock, the owner of Erico. I had a problem with my service at Erico and John personally called me to discuss the issue. He also personally picked up my bike at my home, to have his technicians take another look at my persistent oil leak. They finally solved the problem and John personally delivered my 748 back to my house. They even cleaned it. Although I had a problem with the initial service, they worked really hard to regain my confidence.

Erico Motorsports is a great place for Female Riders

When I turned 40 I decided to buy myself a new motorcycle. I had never ridden a before. As a first time woman rider, I felt pretty uncomfortable walking into several shops in town. Most of the employees in those shops either ignored me or made me feel like I shouldn’t be trying to ride a bike at my age (or maybe it was because I was a woman). Then I found Erico. Justin took me under his wing and helped me sign up for private riding lessons with Ricky Orlando. Those lessons made all the difference. I can now truly say that I am a fairly proficient rider. I can also say that I absolutely LOVE my Triumph 675. It’s a great bike and I’ve even had the chance to take it onto the track at one of Erico’s track days. John Beldock, the owner, was very patient with me as I learned the nuances of riding on a track. If you are a woman rider and want to be treated with respect, I highly recommend you going to Erico Motorsports.

Erico Motorsports' has Excellent Service

I had been riding a Buddy 50 for the past two years, and decided to trade up. Erico had always sponsored some really great charity rides that I had been on with some of my friends that ride Vespas. I like their community involvement, so I decided to give them my business. My new LX50 was delivered to my house, in perfect condition. Their service department not only cleaned my new Vespa until it shined, but they also gave me a full tank of gas. I really like the staff and constantly refer my friends to them.

Great Dealership

I had visited several shops in the Denver area when I was shopping for a new Ducati 696. I couldn’t be happier that I purchased my bike from Erico. The staff is very knowledgeable and I have never found them to be arrogant. In fact they are just the opposite, humble and always ready to go the extra mile. Also, if you are looking for riding gear, these guys have one of the best selections of Ducati apparel I’ve ever seen. Cudos to John and Tai Beldock for building one of the best dealerships in the Country.
