Falls by Fox

Fox insisted he was qualified to do a specific job. Halfway through the job, it became apparent that he was incompetent and that his skills were woefully insufficient for the task as his work began to fall (pun intended) apart. Like all incompetents, his solution was to walk away... I had to redo his work and complete the job myself.

We had a horrific experience with this company. Barry comes out for the initial consultation and tells you he is the "Picasso" of water features. He did not deliver on what we had agreed upon, and then stoppd returning our calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

First of all I am vary disappointed with falls by fox. This company does not have any proffesionals doin the work, the owner barry isnt vary proffesional him self. Im glad this company went under. All they were doing was screwing customers.....

I hire a lot of contractors to complete projects around our house and I have to honestly say that this is the worst company I have ever delt with. Every time I schedule something to be done they end up not doing it. It has been very frustrating trying to work with them and they never follow through with what has been ordered. Save yourself a lot of time and energy and do not use this company.

Falls by Fox installed an truly awesome waterfall in my yard. They started on time and finished even faster than I expected. I wish the other landscaping I had done by another company went so smoothly.
